    Welcome to Curated Tributes. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, including the purchase and licensing of personalised tribute films. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

  3. About Our Service
    Curated Tributes provides personalised tribute films, incorporating licensed music from a third-party library. Each film is licensed strictly for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes.

  4. Personal Use Licence

    The tribute film provided to you is licensed solely for personal, non-commercial use.

    You may share your film privately with family and friends. However, you may not upload, share, or distribute it on public platforms such as YouTube, social media, websites, or any other public forum without our prior written consent.

    You may not modify, edit, or extract elements (such as music) from the film for other uses.

  5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

    All content, including video footage, images, music, and designs, remains the intellectual property of Curated Tributes or its licensors.

    You acknowledge that the music used in your tribute film is licensed and cannot be separately extracted or reused.

  6. Payment & Refunds

    Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

    As each tribute film is personalised and custom-made, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once production has started. If we are to collect your belongings, for the avoidance of doubt, production starts the day the collection is booked for.

    However, if there is a technical fault or an error on our part that does not meet the agreed specifications, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

    Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery for us to consider a resolution.

  7. Acceptance, Production & Delivery

    Production timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation. Delivery is usually 10 working days after receipt of payment.

    Whilst we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

    Final films will be provided in a digital format suitable for personal viewing and as described in each product category shown on our website.

    Unless expressly agreed in writing between the Parties you shall not be entitled to reject the Material on the basis of style or composition or any belonging not in shot.

    If necessary, we will remove photographs from their frames for the purpose of creating your tribute film and will refit them afterwards. In some cases, it may be necessary to cut into the backing to remove the photograph, but we will make every effort to minimise any damage. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused in this process unless you specifically instruct us not to remove photographs from their frames.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our films.

    While we strive to ensure high-quality production, we do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or playback systems.

    You shall indemnify Curated Tributes and keep us and our respective officers and employees indemnified on a continuing basis against all liabilities, claims, costs, damages and expenses claimed or incurred (including legal costs) or licence fees due by reason of any infringement claim, or alleged infringement, of any intellectual property rights relating to any failure by the Client to obtain third-party clearances or arising out of use of the Material by you or outside of the Usage Licence or otherwise as a result of any breach by you of these terms.

  9. Privacy & Data Protection

    We respect your privacy and will only use your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

    We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

  10. Amendments & Changes

    We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.

  12. Armed Forces Discount Offer - “Honouring Our Forces – Special Discount for Service Personnel & Their Immediate Family”
    This offer is available to serving and veteran UK Armed Forces personnel and their immediate family members, defined as spouse, partner, parent, child, or sibling. Proof of service and relationship may be requested. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time. Discount does not apply to courier/postage costs.
